1. Scope of Application

1.1. These Terms and Conditions, the “Terms”, govern access to and use of the website www.atmanamaste.org and any related pages, the “Website”, and the online services delivered by Atma Namaste through video platforms and learning tools, the “Services”.
1.2. The Services include Pranic Healing workshops and sessions delivered either to groups or as one-on-one healing, together with related materials, reminders, and support.
1.3. By creating an account, booking any workshop or session, or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. You may view, download, and print these Terms at any time on the Website.
1.4. The version in force at the time of booking applies to that booking.

3. Services

3.1. We offer live, scheduled group workshops and one-on-one Pranic Healing sessions. Sessions are delivered online using third-party platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.
3.2. From time to time we may offer practice resources, replays subject to consent, and community circles. Availability varies by cohort and region.
3.3. No clinical or medical services are offered. See Section 10 for important health disclaimers.

4. Eligibility and Accounts

4.1. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
4.2. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
4.3. We may refuse or cancel registration if information is false, incomplete, or used in violation of law or these Terms.

5. Booking, Pricing, and Payments

5.1. Booking. To book a workshop or one-on-one session, select an available slot and complete payment on our checkout page or through approved marketplaces. Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email.
5.2. Pricing. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes where stated. We may update prices at any time, changes do not affect confirmed bookings.
5.3. Payments. We accept payments through approved processors such as Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, UPI, or card networks. Card data is processed by the payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
5.4. Subscriptions, if applicable. If you purchase a multi-session pack or membership, it renews according to the plan that you select. You can manage renewal in your account settings or by emailing support.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

6.1. Your cancellations.
One-on-one sessions: You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the start time for a full credit or refund to the original method.
Group workshops: You may cancel up to 48 hours before the start time for a full credit or refund.
• Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
6.2. Our changes. If we need to reschedule or cancel, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.
6.3. Marketplace purchases. If you booked through Apple App Store, Google Play, or any third-party marketplace, their refund rules apply and refunds must be requested through that marketplace.
6.4. Transfers. Bookings are personal and not transferable unless expressly permitted by us in writing.

7. Use of Third-Party Tools

7.1. We use third-party providers for video conferencing, scheduling, email, hosting, payments, and analytics. You are responsible for meeting any technical requirements stated by those providers.
7.2. Your use of third-party tools is also subject to their terms and privacy policies.

8. Conduct and Community Guidelines

8.1. You agree to participate respectfully, to avoid sharing sensitive personal information in group settings, and to comply with the facilitator’s instructions that ensure safety and decorum.
8.2. Harassment, abuse, recording other participants without consent, commercial solicitation, or any unlawful behavior may lead to removal without refund and possible legal action.

9. Session Materials, Recordings, and IP

9.1. Materials. Slides, recordings, handouts, and other content are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Atma Namaste or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9.2. No redistribution. You may not copy, modify, publish, share, sell, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.
9.3. Recordings. Some sessions may be recorded for quality review or for limited replay to registered participants. We will announce recording in advance, and we will record only with consent. If you do not wish to appear, keep camera and microphone off and avoid sharing personal data in chat.
9.4. Your content. If you voluntarily provide testimonials, feedback, or success stories, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use them for marketing in text, audio, or video, subject to your consent and any anonymization agreed.

10. Health, Safety, and Professional Advice Disclaimer

10.1. Atma Namaste delivers Pranic Healing workshops for education and wellbeing support. We are not a healthcare provider, our Services are not medical care, diagnosis, psychotherapy, or emergency intervention.
10.2. Information provided in sessions or materials is general wellbeing guidance. It does not replace professional medical advice or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or mental health professional for any condition.
10.3. If you have been diagnosed with a serious physical or mental health condition, or if you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, self-harm intent, psychosis, or other crises, do not use our Services in place of care. Contact local emergency services or a licensed professional immediately.
10.4. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results arising from participation.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

11.1. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and secure personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable law. It forms part of these Terms.
11.2. We may process limited session metadata, for example join time and duration, and personal data needed to operate and secure the Services.
11.3. Sensitive or health-adjacent information you choose to share is processed only with explicit consent, used only to deliver the Services, not used for advertising, and not shared with third parties except processors who support delivery.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1. All trademarks, logos, service marks, and content displayed on the Website or in the Services are owned by Atma Namaste or its licensors. No rights are granted except as set out in Section 9.
12.2. You shall not scrape, data-mine, reverse engineer, or attempt to access source code of any part of the Services.

13. Availability and Technical Requirements

13.1. We aim to provide reliable access, however temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or events beyond our control. No guarantee of uninterrupted availability is provided.
13.2. You are responsible for suitable internet connectivity, compatible devices, and software updates required by video platforms.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atma Namaste, its officers, facilitators, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

15. Limitation of Liability

15.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atma Namaste is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, reputation, or business interruption.
15.2. For proven direct damages arising from our breach of these Terms, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the session or workshop that gave rise to the claim.
15.3. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

16. Right to Withdraw, Consumer Rights, and Marketplace Rules

16.1. Since Services are scheduled and delivered electronically at specific dates, refunds follow Section 6. Once a session has started, the service is considered rendered and is not eligible for withdrawal.
16.2. For purchases through marketplaces, their consumer rules and refund processes apply.

17. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, platform failures, power cuts, extreme weather, strikes, governmental actions, or other force majeure events. Performance timelines are extended for the duration of the event.

18. Changes to Services or Terms

18.1. We may modify the Services to improve quality or to comply with law.
18.2. We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated on the Website. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Termination and Suspension

19.1. We may suspend or terminate access with immediate effect where there is fraud, abuse, harassment, infringement of IP, illegal activity, or material breach of these Terms.
19.2. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support, subject to obligations already incurred.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

20.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
20.2. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
20.3. You agree first to attempt informal resolution by emailing info@atmanamaste.org. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 business days.

21. Miscellaneous

21.1. Contract language is English.
21.2. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid one that most closely achieves the purpose.
21.3. No waiver of a term is a continuing waiver. Assignment requires our prior written consent.
